Jane has a successful track record with over 20 years experience within International Law and Financial Services both in US and European Investment Banks. As a speaker, Jane has shared a platform with CEOs and notable figures from the coaching profession for example, Sir John Whitmore.

As an HR Director, Jane’s experience lies in HR management, employee development, managing change and performance management. She has supported divisions in Europe, Asia and the USA. Jane facilitates Leadership programmes harnessing coaching and communication skills to achieve exceptional results.

Jane is a Lead Facilitator of Penna’s ‘Leader as Coach’ programme, running in house and open programmes across a variety of industries including technology, pharmaceutical, digital printing and Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
Qualifications
Jane is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Association for Coaching. She is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and licensed NLP Master Practitioner. Jane is a qualified assessor of the Reuven Bar Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQi) and Myers Briggs (MBTI) Step I and Step II. She is accredited with the British Psychological Society for Level A & B psychometric assessment and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Jane has a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
