Jane's coaching philosophy is that she firmly believes her clients have the resources within them to achieve their aspirations. Jane aims to release the potential and personal resources to support them in achieving their goals. In providing a safe and confidential environment, clients are able to express themselves more fully and look at different ways of doing things and, for some, look at new behaviours. Jane seeks to achieve a balance of safety and challenge which encourages her clients to achieve more. Jane will co-create the coaching experience with her clients. Coaching outcomes will be agreed at the beginning of the coaching and reviewed part way through and at the end of the coaching experience. Coaching for performance is likely to be most successful when engaged over a 6-12 month period. This is due to the fact that behavioural change takes at least 9-12 months to become embedded.
