Ashvale's coaching philosophy is that we firmly believe our clients have the resources within them to achieve their aspirations.  We aim to facilitate our clients attain their optimal aspirations through coaching.  Our intention for our executive coaching clients is to raise their awareness and deepen the learning from their experiences.  For many, it is a personal journey of discovery which provides them with greater choice in pursuit of their aspirations and achievement of sustained success.  We will co-create the coaching experience with our clients, providing a balance between safety and challenge enabling our clients to achieve more.

Ashvale coaches provide coaching to developing leaders, in mid-large sized financial and professional services organisations and industry, who are interested in personal growth and seek to achieve results for themselves and their business.

A unique programme aimed at individuals who seek greater success and improvement in what they are doing.  This programme focuses on individuals who are technically and commercially strong and seek to develop greater engagement of others, increased self-awareness, more effective decision making, greater tolerance to stress and improved adaptability in the face of change.  The programme is focused on developing further emotional intelligence.

Coaching for successis likely to be most effective when engaged over a 6-12 month period.  This is due to the fact that behavioural change takes at least 9-12 months to become embedded although changes will be observed beforehand.

Coaching for Rapid Impact is about enhancing the integration into a new organisation or department/role and reducing the risk of newly appointed leaders failing in a challenging new role.  The coaching focuses on:
