In addition her experience lies in management and performance development across cultures on a global platform. Jane’s leadership helps others define their personal and professional vision, set clear goals and achieve their aspirations. She is results focused and supports others to see possibilities. Jane is a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). She is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and licensed NLP Master Practitioner. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Coaching accredited by Middlesex University. Jane is a qualified assessor of the Reuven Bar Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQi) and Myers Briggs (MBTI) Step I and Step II. She is accredited with the British Psychological Society for Level A & B psychometric assessment and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Jane also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
