Challenge: Leading a team and delivering a product across a global platform
The firm wanted to support the current Head of Sustainability Research in her promotion to Global Head. Her mandate was to lead a team and deliver the sustainability research product to support Fund Managers across a global platform. The coachee had a proven track record of high performance, but had limited experience of leading a team and delivering such a product within a matrix management structure on a global basis.
